Emily Carter wins Rotary Student of the Month Award – March

I am VERY proud of this UHS and Putnam VITAL senior student! Emily Carter is following in the footsteps of both her sisters by graduating‪#‎Upperman‬ with 24 Dual Enrollment credits and on her way to join her sisters at ‪#‎TennesseeTechUniversity‬. Emily received the Rotary Student of the Month award and has also been a VITAL Student of the Month winner in the past.
