WCTE’s 2nd annual Blues & Brews Craft Beer Festival in Cookeville’s downtown
Dogwood Park will be held on Saturday, October 17. This 21+ event will run from 12-5 p.m., featuring samplings of over 60 craft brews from across the country. Attendees will receive a commemorative tasting glass to sample craft beers all day, and local food vendors will be selling their specialties on site. The Dogwood Performance Pavilion will feature live music, and festival-goers can bring blankets or lawn chairs to lounge in the music area. Blues & Brews ticket sales benefit WCTE Upper Cumberland PBS.
Advance Blues & Brews tickets are currently available for $40 at wcte.org/brews.
VIP tickets are available for $75. VIP attendees will enjoy an all-day hospitality tent featuring beer and food pairings from local restaurants. VIP amenities offer special guests a place to retreat from the crowd and relax while enjoying the music and beer festivities. The Upper Cumberland Haunted Half Marathon also takes place on the morning of October 17; any Haunted Half runner who purchases Blues & Brews tickets will receive VIP status at the festival.
Both Blues & Brews and the Haunted Half Marathon will be held rain or shine on October 17. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit wcte.org/brews and RunHauntedHalf.com.
