Vol State OSHA Health and Safety Training in Cookeville

Health and Safety training is important for Upper Cumberland businesses and now they will be able to get a wide range of training, close to home. Volunteer State Community College will now be providing courses on OSHA standards and workplace safety, and health issues, at the Cookeville Higher Education Center at 1000 Neal Street. OSHA is the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Vol State is an OSHA Training Institute (OTI) Education Center, providing courses on OSHA standards and workplace safety and health issues. The OTI designation means that Vol State can provide a wide-range of courses and certificates.

 

Upcoming courses in Cookeville include: Health Hazard Awareness; Recordkeeping Rule Seminar; Introduction to OSHA for Small Businesses; and OSHA Standards for the Construction Industry; to name just a few.
