2016 Partnership Opportunities With Cookeville Regional Charitable Foundation

Cookeville Regional Charitable Foundation is truly grateful for the support the community of donors gave to the Foundation in 2015.  They were able to provide charitable assistance to over 2,000 patients in need!!

The Foundation has released a list of the sponsorship opportunities and fundraising activies for 2016.

Remember, gifts made to the Foundation are restricted, meaning no portion of gifts are used for administrative or staff expense. Instead, 100 percent of your gifts are used for charitable programs and services which aid local patients in our Upper Cumberland community.

Partnership Opportunities:

Art for a Healing Heart: – TBA An art exhibit showcasing local art pieces which may be purchased for donated to the hospital for permanent display.

A Women’s Heart: Feb 4, 2016; Leslie Town Center – A dinner, fashion show and heart-health-
education event focusing on supporting education and care for women with heart disease.

Cookeville Regional Restaurant Week: March 6-12, 2016; Area restaurants – Local restaurants offer unique lunch & dinner menu items for $20 or $15, with $5 of each sale donated to the Foundation.

Turkey Shoot/Clay Shoot: March TBA, 2016; Ebenezer Acres – Clay and “turkey” shoot target
competition raising funds for the Heart Care Program.

Jeans and Bling: April 23, 2016; Salt Box Inn – A country gala/hoedown benefiting CRMC
Palliative/Hospice care and the TTU School of Nursing.

Anne Cameron Golf Tournament: June 18 2016; Ironwood Golf Course. Cookeville’s Oldest Charity Golf Tournament raises funds for Cancer Care in honor of Anne Cameron.

Summer Splash 5k Run/Walk: June 25; Dogwood Park. A unique 5K Run/Walk where participants may choose to get wet along the course at “drench stations”. Supports Cancer Patients.

A 3 Hour Tour: June or July 2016; Dale Hollow Lake  –  An exclusive houseboat excursion.

CRMC Golf Classic: Aug 20 & 21, 2015; Cookeville Golf Club –  CRMC’s premier event features
celebrity guest Dale Murphy (Atlanta Braves) and includes options to play golf on two days, and a
celebrity dinner gala. Proceeds support Patient Assistance Funds and Foundation services.

Pink Gala: October 22, 2016; Leslie Town Center – An evening of fine dining and unique silent auction items benefiting the Free Mammogram Project through the CRMC Women’s Center & Cancer Center.

Shop Local: November 2016; Encouraging shoppers to patron local business, who will collect
donations for the Foundation throughout the month.

Double Your Donation Day: December 6, 2016; Our largest community outreach event, this
phonathon/promotion encourages gifts to be made to the Foundation, which are matched dollar for dollar by featured partners.

Christmas Concert: TBA Dec. 2016; A concert by Algood and Capshaw Choirs, including a reading of the Christmas Story and pictures with Santa. TTU Bryan Fine Arts Building. 6:30-7:30 pm.

Naming Opportunities at CRMC: Ongoing.  Permanent naming rights are available for various common rooms and areas at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
