Middle School Golf
The Prescott South golf teams enjoyed their best day on the links in four years with both the boys and girls carding great scores in a match against Upperman and DeKalb County. The PSMS boys, now 7-4 on the season, fired a team-best 200 with Riley Peterson leading the way with a 45 followed by Nathan Wilson with a 48.
The PSMS girls shot a 102 with Savannah Pearson carding a career-best 48 to go along with Hailey Jennings’ 54.
The Upperman boys shot a 208 with Ethan Conley firing a 47. The UMS girls posted a 130 with Ally Green having a 62.
DeKalb only had two boys and one girl participate in the match. Jadyn Young led DeKalb with a 49 and Anna Chew had a 50.
Prescott will host White County today at Ironwood and Jackson County on Thursday at Ironwood.
