Cavalier Football Media Day Saturday, July 23rd

This Saturday, July 23rd, we are kicking off our 2016 season with our annual CHS Football Media Day.  All football players will need to be at the field house by 8:15 am in order to get dressed in their uniforms.  Cheerleaders and Dance team members need to be there by 8:45.  Paul Vaughn will begin taking group pictures at 9:00, so it is very important for everyone to be on time.  Picture proofs will be sent home at a later date if you wish to order pictures through Paul Vaughn Studios.  Feel free to bring your own cameras to take shots as well!

CHS football apparel will be available to purchase on Media Day:

T shirts $10 (***Most items will be available in Adult and youth sizes)

Long sleeve t shirts $12

Crew neck sweatshirts $20

Baseball 3/4 sleeve shirts $20

Sweatshirts with hood $25

Bucket hats $25 (orders will be taken)

Buttons $5 (orders will be taken)

Season tickets will be available to purchase this day as well:

Reserved red seats are $70 per seat for the season.  General season passes are $35 per person.  Reserving parking passes will be available for $10 each.  NOTE:  If you plan to purchase both tickets and a parking pass with a check, you MUST write two different checks and pay for them  individually.

Senior Program Ads:  If you wish to purchase an ad for our program to recognize your senior football player, cheerleader, or dance team member, you may do so at Media Day!  A full page ad is $100 and a half page ad is $50.  This can include a picture taken that day by Paul Vaughn or a personal shot of your own, along with a message from you, a grandparent, a sibling, etc… however you wish to honor your senior!  Also, if you or a family member has a business and would like to utilize the advertisement and honor your child at the same time, that would be completely fine and still at the above discounted price.  Forms will be available Saturday to fill out your information!

Snack & Drink Donations:

Thank you to those who have sent in drinks and snacks for Saturday.  We could still use more gatorades and/or individual snacks (crackers, chips, etc.) It is suppose to be 100 degrees on Saturday, so we need to keep everyone hydrated!!!  Please have these donations turned into the field house by this Thursday afternoon.

If anyone has general questions, please reply to this email or call/ text Julie Smith at 261-1032.  Questions about tickets, please contact Leslie Newman at 265-2077.  Questions about apparel or senior ads, you may contact Kristy Light at 252-4527.
