Courtney McCowan, daughter of Richard and Samantha McCowan, signed a scholarship with Tennessee Technological University to run cross country and track. Courtney holds the CHS 800M record with a time of 2:25.12, has been a member of the cross country and track teams for the past 3 years, and has made the AAA All Mid-State Cross Country Team for the past two years.
