It was a great day on the links for Tennessee Tech 2017 golf signee, Will Brooks, as he qualified for the US Open Sectional in Memphis on June 5. Will shot a -6 under par 66 today at Holston Hills CC in Knoxville to take 2nd medalist honors. Will tied for 2nd with the winner and the person who tied Will at -6 under, were both professional players. It was a pleasure to watch Will shoot his best competitive round while Dad was his caddie on the bag, a great memory for sure! Way to go Willie-fly!
