PSES Showcases Outdoor Learning Environment

PSES recently hosted 4 Purebred Kiko Goats and a Great Pyrenees guardian dog in our new Outdoor Learning environment. A large area of grass and woods has been fenced in to give students the opportunity to explore and learn from nature. It’s designed especially for Pre-K and Kindergarten students, but open to all of our elementary grades for a unique educational experience. The goats were visiting from Crooked Oak Farms, Dustin and Janelle Robbins- Owners, to help us clear the brush and brambles in an environmentally friendly way.

PSES is currently seeking donations of new or gently used rain boots to protect little feet while they explore the wild! Mrs. Tollett’s and Ms. White’s classes are pictured learning about goats from Janelle Robbins.
