COOKEVILLE, T.N. — Officials stated that a man was arrested Dec. 20 after his vehicle drove off of the road at the corner of Freehill Road and Huddleston Drive.
Bobby Kendrick Gray, 35. Of Whitleyville, TN, was identified as the driver and after investigation by the deputies of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department. Upon investigation, Gray, allegedly, had red and watery eyes and an odor coming off of him that was similar to alcoholic beverages. Deputies also say Gray’s three-year-old son was in the vehicle at the time of the accident and was unrestrained within the vehicle.
A records check of Gray at the time of his arrest also led to the discovery that he was driving on a revoked/suspended license, according to a warrant.
Gray was charged with Driving Under the Influence, Driving On A Revoked / Suspended License, and Reckless Endangerment.
