COOKEVILLE, T.N. — A man who was attempting to break into a home was caught and arrested for two different crimes in the same day.
Investigators say James Holloway, 41, was attempting to burglarize a home located on Buck Mountain Rd in Algood yesterday, Jan. 2. Police say Holloway was interrupted during his thievery and fled the scene. Cookeville Police officers caught up to Holloway and he was charged and arrested on an account of Aggravated Burglary.
According to the report, Holloway was also arrested on the charge of Criminal Trespassing at a residence located on Dry Valley Rd. Both incidents according to the report happened on the same day.
