Two Involved With Drug Paraphernalia

COOKEVILLE, T.N., — Two Cookeville citizens were found with multiple drug paraphernalia items including spoons.

On Wednesday, Jan. 17, a vehicle was stopped due to an alleged violation according to the report. Brandon Stafford, 26, was the vehicle’s operator. According to the report, Stafford  complied when the law enforcement asked him to pull over and as a Deputy approached, Stafford informed him that he had no license. Stafford was not alone in vehicle, but had a female passenger.

Both offenders were searched and, according to the report, were both found with”‘needles, spoons and baggies which is(sic) classified as drug paraphernalia.” Stafford has been charged with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and for not having a license.
