MHS Boys Basketball Semi-Finals State Tournament
The Wildcats of 2018 accomplished something that hasn’t happened in 40 years, the boys basketball team playing in the state tournament.
MHS won the District and Region Championships on their way to the big game but on this court the Wildcats never could get in sink offensively and the Mustangs from Loretto took advantage to win in a close one
69 – 63
ending this season with a 31 – 6 record.
Leading scores for MHS: Tyrus West 17; Michael Cody 15; Peyton West 13
Michael Cody was impressive with his 15 of the teams 31 rebounds.
