Pedestrian Struck By Vehicle On Broad Street

COOKEVILLE, T.N., — Cookeville Police Department is looking for witnesses to an accident that sent one man to Vanderbilt by helicopter.

On March 15, close to 1pm, Ad Landers was walking on North Washington Avenue when he crossed the street at the intersection of East Broad. According to the report, as Landers was crossing Broad, he was allegedly struck by a pickup truck that was turning left.

Landers received a head injury and was life-flighted to Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville. Landers is still listed in critical condition.
