CUMBERLAND COUNTY, T.N., — An investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation in the death of Teresa Austin, 55 began when Austin’s body was found in her front yard on Sunday. Now her nephew has been arrested following the investigation.
According to reports, Stacey Austin, 37, was taken into custody on Monday by the T.B.I He has been charged with Voluntary Manslaughter and Tampering with Evidence.
Austin is currently being held in Cumberland County jail on a bond of more than $1 million.
