SPARTA, T.N. — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an Endangered Child Alert for a 16-year-old-girl out of Sparta.
According to reports, Shayna Bumbalough, was last seen on Tuesday around 10:48 p.m. The TBI thinks Bumbalough may possibly have been in a car crash and may need medical attention.
