VITAL would like to congratulate the Upperman VITAL Student of the Month for August. Junior, Madison Penland (pictured on right) is currently enrolled in Personal Finance, Dual Enrollment, US History 2010 and English 1010 through the Putnam County VITAL program. Madison is the daughter of Ken and Bobbie Penland. Her plans for the future are to attend Tennessee Tech and major in Nursing. She is pictured with UHS Vital Facilitator Donna Sherrell.
