Highlights of Cookeville High School Track & Field Events from the Rudy Hensel Mid-State Championships in Tullahoma held April 30, 2016.
Ifeona Idedionwu set a new school record for the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:00.74, and the boys 4×400 meter relay team set a new school record with a time of 3:39. Logan Lamb was named MVP for the meet by placing first in the pole vault and second in the high jump, triple jump, and 110-meter hurdles.
