Woman Accused Of Stealing Bras And Underwear From Belk

COOKEVILLE, T.N. — The Cookeville Police Department is investigating after a woman stole over $200 worth of merchandise from Belk.

Police were called to the store on July 7th after a loss prevention officer stated that a woman had taken several items of clothing without paying from the store sometime between 6-8pm.

Surveillance video shows the woman leaving the dressing room but police were unable to identify her.  An employee at Belk said the woman took two pairs of pants, two bras, two pairs of underwear, a shirt and a tote bag.

No arrests have been made at this time.
