My student and I understand that all students going on field trips must ride on
a Putnam County bus.
____________________________(student’s name) has my permission to go on the December 6, 2017 8th Grade Career Fair field trip sponsored by
the Highlands Economic Partnership, with buses to and from Hyder Burks Pavilion. I understand there will be teacher sponsors on each bus to supervise students. My student and I understand all school rules apply during field trips; breaking school rules or policies will result in my child being disciplined or banned from going on other field trips.
