Daniel 1 Academy hosted the Middle Tennessee Heat on Thursday, January 25, at Cane Creek Rec Center. The Lions dropped all three games to the Heat.
In the Middle School game, D1A lost 30 – 39. At the end of three quarters, D1A was up 26-25 but lost the fourth quarter 4 – 14. The Middle School team is now 11-9 on the season.
The second game was a Junior Varsity match-up with D1A losing 34-52. Scoring by quarters:
