Altercation At Local Bar Results In Minor Injuries Of Several People

CROSSVILLE, T.N., — On February 3, 2018, officers of the Crossville Police Department responded to a fight call, involving gunshots, at the Bullfrog Bar and Grill on Genesis Road.  Upon arrival there were multiple subjects who had been involved in the altercation and had witnessed a firearm being discharged into the ceiling, inside of the business.

The suspect, identified as Jeremy A. Rockwell, Sr. – 42, and his wife, Nichol L. Rockwell – 40, both of Crossville, TN, were arrested in relation to the altercation.

There were no injuries reported, at the time of this report, in relation to the discharge of the firearm, however there were several people who reported receiving minor injuries during the physical altercation.

The investigation has resulted in Possession of a Handgun While Intoxicated, Reckless Endangerment and Vandalism charges on Jeremy A. Rockwell, Sr. and a charge of Tampering with Evidence on Nichol L. Rockwell.

This is still an active investigation at this time, all suspects and arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in court proceedings.
