CROSSVILLE CUMBERLAND COUNTY CRIMESTOPPERS RECEIVES VECustomers SHARE GRANT

CROSSVILLE, TN.- The Crossville Cumberland County Crimestoppers program has been awarded a grant from the VECustomers Share Foundation, a community grant program operated and made possible by the member-owners of Volunteer Energy Cooperative, which is intended to support projects that benefit communities in the Volunteer Energy Cooperative service area. This year, the Crossville
Cumberland County Crimestoppers program received a grant from the VECustomers Share Foundation for $2500, to support the communities in Crossville and Cumberland County.

“The Crimestoppers Board would like to thank the VECustomers Share Foundation for this grant.” Said Crossville Cumberland County Crimestoppers board member Betty Bowman. “Their generosity will benefit our entire community and will help Crimestoppers pay for more information that will help solve even more crimes.”

On February 12, 2018, Crimestoppers Board members traveled the VEC Corporate Office, in Decatur, TN, where VECustomers Share Board Member Pauline Sherrer was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation for their contribution to Crossville Cumberland County Crimestoppers. The certificate was presented by Board members Betty Bowman and Tom Houston.
