Cookeville Leisure Services April Events

April 2018

The grass is green, trees are leafy, and flowers are fragrant. Happy spring! What are you looking forward to doing now that warmer days are here? Cookeville has no shortage of leisure opportunities. Take Dogwood Park for example. Not only are the interactive fountain and Heart of the City Playground bustling with activity, free events are being planned. Dogapalooza is scheduled for April 28, followed by Storyfest in the Park on May 5. Also on April 28, you can be part of World Tai Chi and Qigong Day at the Cane Creek Recreation Center. And remember our monthly History Hikes between the Cookeville Depot and History museums – those start April 14. Mark your calendars, and get ready to have some fun.
