Congratulations to the VITAL Rotary Teacher of the Year, Lacy Loggins.
Thanks to the Rotary Club of Cookeville for honoring all of Putnam County’s awesome teachers at the Noon Day Rotary Club today.
Lacy teaches middle school science at Algood Middle School and also teaches Dave Ramsey Personal Finance online through the VITAL program.
