The Smithville-DeKalb County Chamber of Commerce had a Ribbon Cutting for new member, Creations by Donna, located at 802 North Congress Blvd., Smithville (across from Village Market Grocery). The owners are Jim and Donna Stapp. This shop offers a great selection of gifts, home décor, and fresh and silk floral designs including cemetery decoration needs, wedding flowers, candy bouquets, candles, diffusers, wind chimes, lake décor, and much more.
