Komen Race for the Cure Recognizes Erika Kurre as 2018 Honorary Survivor

We are SO excited to Have Erika Kurre as our 2018 Honorary Survivor.
 
She will be present at our Sept. 22nd, 10th annual Race for the Cure.
Biography for Erika Kurre:
-Award-winning Anchor & Reporter for Fox 17 News in Nashville with Regional Edward R. Murrow, EMMY and Associated Press Broadcasters Association honors.
-Also known as one of Nashville’s 25 Most Beautiful People, named by Nashville Lifestyles Magazine in 2013.
-Been with Fox 17 News since 2007.
-Anchor the weekly 4pm and 5:30pm newscasts on Fox 17 News and MyTV30.
-I participate in a variety of organizations working toward healthier living. This includes holding emcee duties for the National Geographic’s launch of the Autism Innovation Center at Vanderbilt, hosting HCA-sponsored events raising money for Nurses for Newborns, hosting the annual St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway telethon on Fox 17 News, hosting the annual telethon for Ronald McDonald House Charities and playing similar roles for numerous other organizations across Middle Tennessee for events like the March of Dimes walk and the Lung Force walk.
