Contest Period
The Contest will be held Oct 1, 2018 through December 14, 2018, during which time tickets may be purchased. The Raffle will be held on December 21, 2018 at Cumberland Auto Center in Cookeville TN.
How to Enter
Tickets will be sold for $25 each during Contest dates online at www.CookevilleRegionalCharity.org or in person at the Foundation office (127 North Oak St) or at Cumberland Auto Center (1540 Interstate Dr) in Cookeville TN. Participants may choose to purchase one or multiple tickets at the cost of $25 each. Each ticket provides a chance to win the Prize.
Prize
The Prize is a 2019 Kia Soul, 1.6 Automatic, MSRP $19,305. The Raffle event for the Prize will take place on December 21, 2018 at Cumberland Auto Center. One Ticket for each $25 purchase made during the Contest window of time, will be printed and placed in a large container which will be rotated during the Raffle event.
Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age, with a valid (and current) Tennessee Driver’s License. The Winner of the Prize must pay all pertaining taxes and licensing fees at the time of transfer of ownership from the car dealer.
Secretary of State Approval
The Contest is registered with the State of TN as a permitted Charitable Gaming Event subject to all rules and regulation as such. Participants in the Contest agree to abide by all State regulations as set forth by the Office of Tennessee Secretary of State: https://sos.tn.gov/charitable/gaming
Restrictions on Participants
Board members (voting and ex-officio, and their household family members) of Cookeville Regional Medical Center and Cookeville Regional Medical Center Foundation are not eligible to win the Prize. CRMC Administration Leadership (and their household members) are not eligible to win the Prize.
Official Rules
One Ticket will be selected as the winner of the Prize. The Foundation will attempt to contact the Winner using the contact information provided at Ticket Purchase. The Winner will have until Monday December 24 at noon CST to claim their Prize, or forfeit the winnings. If the original Winner is forfeit, then another winner will be selected, through a similar Raffle Event on December 24, 2018. Participation in the Raffle constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
General Conditions
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Contest is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Raffle in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Raffle and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
