Cavaliers traveled to Murfreesboro to take on the #2 ranked team in the state, Oakland High School. The Patriots score 28 unanswered points in the quarter and tacked on 10 more to take a commanding 38 – 0 half time lead.
The second half started with a continuous clock until CHS scored in the closing seconds of the 3rd quarter. OHS rounded out the scoring with a TD in the 4th quarter to make the final score 45 – 7
Jaedan McAllister led the Cavs ground game with 37 yards on 9 carries, Adam Goolsby led the passing completing 4-6 for 134 years and 1 TD.
