Update: The victim in a shooting being investigated by the T.B.I and the Cumberland County Sheriff Department. There were three victims involved in the shooting at Cherokee trail. The deceased victim has been identified as Linda Damewood, 74.
This investigation is still ongoing.
CUMBERLAND COUNTY, TN — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has been called in to investigate a shooting on Saturday, Jan. 19th
According to reports, the shooting occurred around 6:30 p.m. at a residence on Cherokee Trail. Law enforcement authorities claim that the scene is secure and that the community is not in danger.
The investigation is still ongoing and updates will be given as information is released.
