A large power outage is impacting the White Plains and Buck Mountain area. Technicians are currently enroute to find the problem, according to a post on the Putnam County 911 Facebook page.
The post also says it is unknown as to what caused the outage at this time or how long it will be before the power is restored.
Authorities are asking residents to NOT call 911 to report the power outage.
