Are you turning 65 soon and confused about Medicare benefits and choices? The State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) is conducting a free “Welcome to Medicare” class at the Putnam County Library in Cookeville on April 30, 2019 from 9:30 am until 12 noon. The class will consist of training on Parts A, B, C & D, as well as Medigap policies and ways to prevent Medicare fraud. SHIP is a federally funded program administered through the Area Agency on Aging & Disability.
