The Wildcats opened the play in the Harriman Tournament and clawed the Grizzlies from Grainger County (14-5), in a 5-0 shut out.
Senior Parker Stout was on the hill for MHS and tossed a 3 hit shut-out with 5 Ks. At the plate, Jordan Key, Stout, Silas Randolph and LT Sullivan each picked up a hit with Sullivan being the big one with 2 RBIs.
