To uphold our freedom, many say that first we need those willing to defend it. In a ceremony at Cookeville High, many got to see just who would step up and answer the call.
JROTC members from three Putnam County schools: Monterey High, Upperman High and Cookeville High, gathered together for an awards ceremony, honoring those in their ranks for several accomplishments.
