Cookeville TN – WCTE is excited to announce that the WCTE Lobby Gallery will be hosting Emerging Artists from TTU School of Art, Craft and Design during the months of May and June. To celebrate, WCTE will be hosting a reception Friday, May 10 from 5 – 7 pm in the Lobby Gallery. The public is invited to attend. There will be items for sale so bring your wallet. If you find something you love, you might be able to make yours!
Please come by and meet the artists, see their work and learn more about their craft.
If you can’t make it to the reception, the exhibit will be up May 6 and run through June 26. The WCTE Lobby Gallery hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 3 pm. Come by and see the artwork. The exhibit includes the following mediums: Painting by Shellie Stoglin and Ren Collins, Metals by Marcus Johnson and Jessica Howerton, Fibers by Sara Dotson and Monya Nikahd, Glass by Keith Moy and Hannah LaRue, Clay by Jonathan Strong and Darby Lewis, Wood by Matthew Vick, Design by Patrick Mullican and Madeline Watts, Art Education by Mary Klages and Andrew Reist.
