Synergy Mind Body Studio will hold Community Classes on Sunday, May 5, with all donations going to the Putnam County Community Advisory & Board. On Synergy’s monthly Community Day, class attendees pay what they can, with 100% of the proceeds going to a specified charitable organization. The May 5 Community Day will feature a two-part class exploring the mind/body disciplines of Yoga and Pilates and the connections between the two. Part I-Breath & Posture will begin at 2:00 p.m. and will be taught by Nicole Stoner, Certified Pilates Teacher. Petti Groth, Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Pilates Teacher, will teach Part II-Deeper Look at 3:15 p.m. Synergy community classes are open to the public and are completely donation-based.

The Putnam County Community Advisory Board (PCCAB) strives to meet the emergent needs of our community’s youth by ensuring each child in Putnam County has the basic necessities of food, clothing, and shelter.
