COOKEVILLE, T.N. — The TBI says two children from Cookeville who were missing have been found safe. An endangered child alert was issued for 10-month-old Rayah Smith and 2-year-old Marlee Smith.
Officials say the children were last seen on June 7th in Cookeville. The TBI did not say why they thought the children were endangered.
