Lachlan Thomas Capo, 1, from Putnam County was issued as missing by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office late Wednesday evening. An endangered child alert was issued for Lachlan by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation that evening as well.
As of Thursday, July 18, Lachlan was found safe by authorities in Bowling Green, KY.
