Another successful dog rescue! Rope Rescue Team Captain Eddy Haynes led the rescue of a Basset Hound, Flash, off POW Rd in Baxter. Flash went in from the top, on Sunday, sliding to a ledge approximately 125 ft above the creek where he was trapped.
Assisted by EMA Director Tyler Smith and Rescue Squad rope technician Brandon Smith (no relation), as well as the owner, Flash was placed in a sling, on rope, and hauled back to the bluff top where his beef jerky was waiting
