WCTE PBS, Social Brew of Crossville and the Cumberland County Playhouse are teaming up in August to host a new WCTE member welcome party. As a thank you for becoming a member with WCTE or renewing your membership, WCTE members will be invited to attend a Beer Pairing at Social Brew located at 140 N. Main St in Crossville on Tuesday, August 27th at 5:30 PM. To attend this fun and trending event, new and lapsed members are being asked to join WCTE with a $5 monthly Sustaining membership. Guests will enjoy a closed to the public evening at Social Brew. The evening will feature seven craft beers paired with specialty foods that will enhance the beer and food flavors making this an ultimate beer experience. Possible parings may include: cider paired with an apple pie, Mexican lager paired with a taco, stout paired with a chocolate truffle, IPA paired with BBQ and so much more. This is not a full dinner, but only a pairing; make sure to extend your visit to the local restaurants for a complete Crossville experience.

WCTE offers four free over-the-air channels that can be picked up through many local cable providers or with a simple indoor antenna, up to a 75-mile radius of Cookeville. These antennas are easy to hook up, easy to use and can work along with your local cable service. Viewers will enjoy watching WCTE, Create, WORLD, and the
WCTE PBS KIDS 24/7 channel.
