CHS Golf Hole in One!!!

Jakob Smith experiences the shot of a life time for every golfer out there! A hole in one, but he didn’t let the moment rattle him. Smith also was the individual medalist on the ten team tournament carding a 77 to lead the Cavaliers to a first place finish in the Warren County Invitational Golf Tournament.

Cavs, as a team, shot a total of 322 with Cumberland County coming in second with a 344 score card. Following Jakob for the Cavaliers is Luke Caldwell 78 (2nd place overall), Ethan Vanstratum 83, Seth Clayton and Joseph Agee both had 84.

On the girls side, 8 teams played with Tullahoma taking top honors with a team total of 165.  CHS had 2 teams in the tournament tying for second, the teams of Daniella Pryor( 83) (2nd Place Individualist) and Lexus Julian (101) won on the first playoff hole to break the tie.  Hope Homar (92), Savannah Pearson (92) and Lucy Carwile (99) finish in 3rd place.
