Due to the anticipated high temperatures and extremely high loads across the Tennessee Valley today, TVA has initiated Step 10 of the TVA/TVPPA Emergency Load Curtailment Program. Under Step 10, you are requested to reduce all non-essential in-house loads. Some ways to accomplish this include – adjusting thermostats, reducing lighting, and turning off non-essential loads. Reductions are to continue until you are notified otherwise.
