COOKEVILLE, TN- CHANGE OF DATE: Due to predicted inclement weather on Thursday, the Cookeville Treat Trail at Dogwood Park has been changed to Friday, Nov. 1, from 4-6 p.m. This decision applies only to this event and does not affect any other Halloween events or citywide trick-or-treating on Oct. 31.
