January was better than December with 21 permits for $2.16 million. 8 of those permits were for new homes.
January is normally a slow month like December. Going back to 2014, we averaged 15 permits in January, so we were above the normal average with 21.
From July through January that is 105 new homes permitted and 910 since January of 2015.
Construction continues to move along at a good pace.
