On February 22, 2020 at 6:23 PM 49-year-old Donavan Daniels of Nashville was crossing East Jackson Street near Kroger when he was struck by a 2019 Chevy Tahoe driven by 52-year-old Dawnetta Waters of Cookeville. Mr. Daniels was flown by air ambulance to Erlanger for unspecified injuries. His last known condition was listed as critical but stable.
