Region 3A : Clarkrange vs Pickett
Lady Buffaloes race to a 63 – 45 victory over the Lacy Bobcats from Pickett County to win the Region 3A championship . Clarkrange will host Moore County and Pickett County travels to Eagleville.

Region 3 AAA: Bradley Central vs Stone Memorial
Bearettes, from Bradley Central, downs Stone Memorial Lady Panthers 55 – 46 to capture the Region 3AAA championship. Bradley Central will host Tullahoma and Stone Memorial travels to Murfressboro to face Blackman in sectional games.
