DEBRIS CLEAN-UP: GUIDELINES FOR PUTNAM COUNTY RESIDENTS AFFECTED BY THE TORNADO
As clean-up begins, Putnam County Officials highly encourage those affected by the March 3 tornado to follow these strict guidelines for debris clean-up (attached).
Note: If homeowners hire a private contractor to fulfill insurance claims, it is the responsibility of the contractor to properly sort and haul away debris.
