Region 3A: Monterey High School vs Clay County
Wildcats get revenge as they down Clay County for the 3A Region championship and the right to host a sectional game today. A win in the sectional game would move Monterey into the state tournament.
Final score MHS 72 Clay County 68
Monterey will host the Tigers from Fayetteville (25 -5) while Clay County will travel to Eagleville (22 – 10)
Region 3AAA: Bradley Central vs Cleveland
Cleveland Blue Raiders defeats in county rival Bradley Central 69 – 61 to take the 3AAA championship. Both teams advance to sectionals with a trip to the state tournament. Cleveland will host Siegel High School, out of Murfreesboro (25 -8) and Bradley travels to Blackman High School, in Murfreesboro (25 – 3).
