The Tennessee Department of Health in conjunction with Putnam County Emergency Management and Health Department employees will be distributing protective cloth mask Free of Charge beginning Thursday, May 7, 2020.
County residents may pick up the free protective masks (1) for each member of their household. The drive by give-a-way runs from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Putnam County Fair grounds.
As of noon today, county officials say they have distributed over 3,000 of the free masks and will continue the give-a-way each day until they run out.
Help keep our country safe by practicing social distancing and wearing protective facial coverings in public places.
