The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for the following counties:
Clay, Cumberland, DeKalb, Fentress, Jackson, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, Smith and
White Counties in Tennessee until 7:00 P.M., Friday, August 28, 2020.
